I think probably a five hour or eight hour VIP is your best chance but I couldn’t say for sure. Have you watched my video on VIPs? There are two forms. The first one is a basic one and then the second one asks in more detail what you would like to do and that would be where I would emphasise how important that show is. I’m not saying it would work but I’m saying that that’s one way to get them to understand that that’s what you really want to do. I guess the only other alternative is giving the Japanese website to go but you’re not really supposed to - if it’s super important to you I would try everything.

We are looking to visit Universal Studios Japan on November 19th 2026 the last day of one piece summer. It is the only day we can be in Osaka and we are framing our trip arrival to Osaka and changing dates of our family vacation to accommodate this. Tickets for the one piece show have released on the japanese language website with S section for 6,000 yen however there is no option to buy tickets for the Nov 19th showing (sold out or never released to the public) . I can see on the japanese language website that there is a group One Piece VIP tour for 3 hours that comes with s section tickets to the one piece show, but the tour is in japanese only. We would also very much like to go to Sanji's character restaurant, however this appears to be lottery only, not likely, and open to Japanese residents only? If we were to buy a 5 hour family VIP tour could we get tickets to the one piece show and dinner at Sanji's restaurant included as part of our one piece tour? There is a press release from earlier this year that said USJ would offer a VIP tour with one piece show tickets and sanji's restaurant but I can't find more information about that . Do you know if this VIP tour with one piece ticket and Sanjii's restaurant is available? If so where could I purchase this from? Thank you so much in advance for your assistance!

A VIP is always worth it if you have the budget for it. Especially the five or eight hours where you can spend your time going on the rides that you want as many times as you like– not necessarily thrill rides. You can also use my partner promo code for $40 off. LETSGOMUM on KKDay.

Thanks for helping with these questions which you've no doubt been asked many times over. There are 6 of us in the travelling party (a senior, 3 adults a 10 year old and 5 year old). I'm thinking of purchasing 4 Race4 & Minecraft special express passes as we all aren't thrill seekers but there is a need for Mario and Harry potter. Is a VIP experience worth it for my group.
