In reply to Linda. Unfortunately, that is now the new reality. I did update this article a few weeks ago that you can try to buy them from the Japanese website in advance. You will need a credit card that works on their website - usually Amex or a Wise Card.

Based on my understanding on the info you gathered, we can only obtain disability tickets on the day? If that’s the case, how early does Customer Service open? We were originally planning on going really early before the park opens to be able to make it to Nintendo World but now unsure if we could do this if we had to line up for disability tickets while most of the crowd has already gone into the theme park.

In reply to Ayu. I would always take both to cover all bases. If your child takes any medication it’s good to visit the GP for a letter stating his medication for travel anyhow, so you can kill two birds with one stone. Australian documents that are handy to take include NDIS letters naming the person, companion cards, Centrelink disability cards, etc. Have a great trip!

From Melbourne here, what kind of documents are needed to proof my son disability? can we use national assistance card? Or do I have to bring letter from his paediatrician confirming his disability?
