Hi there it really depends on where you are staying. Like WDW there is a free shuttle bus from the Disney hotels, and there’s also buses or a train from Tokyo if you aren’t staying in the Disney bubble. Everyone can make use of the monorail which circles the parks and hotels too. Definitely consider joining my Tokyo Disneyland Holiday Planning group - because there is a wealth of information on there too:
