Can I ask about the disability access for Tokyo Disney?
I have three children. Two are ASD and on the NDIS. One is ADHD.
I can get a doctor’s letter for all three, and I can bring NDIS paperwork for two of them.
My husband and I are able-bodied.
Do I purchase disabled tickets for all 5 of us?
Or do I purchase disabled tickets for the two of the kids and my husband and I (as carers)? Perhaps I don’t register my non-NDIS child as disabled?

    Thank you

    • Okay so what I would do is…
Definitely the NDIS paperwork is the most important as it is government. Back up fox letters are good too as a back up reinforcement.
You can buy one disability ticket (as companion/carer) per disabled person. So you could buy four disabled and then buy one full price ticket for your remaining child. The reason why is that on some rides you need a companion PER DISABLED PERSON. So if you buy a disabled ticket for the third child, they can’t go along with you on that ride without an extra carer – let me know if you need more clarification, I know it’s complicated!
Also consider joining my Tokyo Disney Holiday Planning Group – heaps of great disability recounts 😍
